We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to oversee core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on professional who can balance operational HR responsibilities with strategic business partnering. HR Managers typically handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management—from hiring to exit—while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labour laws.

              • Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance.
              • Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
              • Leadership and team management skills.
              • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Qualifications & Experience.
              • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
              • 5–8 years of HR generalist experience.
              • Prior experience in managing multiple HR functions Preferred Industry.
              • Pharma / Healthcare / Aesthetics / Medical Devices.
